1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the bk8my platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bk8my as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. bk8my reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and such changes will take effect upon being posted on this site. Users are advised to check this page from time to time.

2 Account Registration and User Eligibility

Each user is permitted to register only one account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including:

• Full name as shown on the identity card (MyKad) or valid travel document
• Active mobile number registered in the user's name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes
• Bank account or e-wallet details used for transactions

bk8my reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer). Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in withdrawals being delayed or the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bk8my supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods that allow Malaysian users to transact quickly and securely. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the same name as the user's account. bk8my does not accept third-party transactions. Users may not use another person's bank account or e-wallet to make deposits or receive withdrawals.

bk8my is not responsible for any transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks, e-wallet operators or blockchain networks. If there is an issue with a transaction, contact our customer support team via live chat.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bk8my offers various promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members. The current welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500.

Before any winnings obtained from a bonus can be withdrawn, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus must be wagered 25 times. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account. If there is evidence of promotional abuse, bk8my reserves the right to cancel the bonus and related winnings and to take action against the accounts involved.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback for VIP members, special bonuses and seasonal offers are subject to additional terms that will be stated on the respective promotions page. All promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

5 VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

bk8my runs a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

VIP tier progression is based on the user's overall wagering activity. bk8my reserves the right to determine the criteria for upgrading and downgrading VIP tiers at any time. Decisions relating to VIP status are final.

6 Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in the following while using the bk8my platform:

• Using automated software or tools (bots) to place bets or carry out activities on the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Sharing account login details with another individual
• Placing bets or making deposits using payment methods obtained through illegal means
• Carrying out money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform
• Disrupting or compromising the security and stability of the platform's systems
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account. bk8my reserves the right to hold account balances for investigation purposes and is under no obligation to return them if fraud is proven.

7 Responsible Gambling

Gambling is a form of entertainment and not a reliable source of income. Users are encouraged to set spending limits and play within their means. 8 Limitation of Liability

bk8my does not accept any responsibility for losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by users. All bets are based on the user's own decisions and the risk is borne entirely by the user.

bk8my is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as internet outages, third-party service provider failures, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies.

In cases where a technical error causes an incorrect game result, bk8my reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the wagered amount to the user.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection and use of users' personal data is governed by the bk8my Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.

bk8my reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted before any balance is returned to the legitimate user.

11 Changes to Terms and Notification

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severed from this agreement and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue to be in force.
